Photography

Photography has become one of my favorite hobbies, especially when the sky and clouds are the subject. Whenever somebody captures a picture, these two are a notable focus. The sky and clouds are incredibly fascinating and create a work of art. Additionally, the combination of the two are undeniably aesthetically pleasing.

Collage

It's well acknowledged for combining images when making collage. It's interesting to combine various pictures to visualize a certain concept, especially if those images feature a variety of hues. Regarding the collage I made, I searched several artistic forms found in region 11 chose pieces that are well-known across the various cities in this region, such as the durian giant sculpture located in Davao City's airport.

Assemblage

We must plan ahead when creating the assemblage in order to come up with a good idea. In planning the materials, we will need to put together an object we want to create from several pieces takes time. In terms of my very own assemblage art, I made a vehicle. I used the ketchup container for the front of the car, the cap of the Zonrox for the tires, and the straw to link the two caps. I used the cotton buds container for the vehicle's body.

Calligraphy

One of my favorite past times when I'm bored is calligraphy. I truly adore the way it was made, despite the fact that I'm not very good at it. With those fantastic font styles created by those with excellent handwriting skills, it is really appealing or pleasing to the eyes. Besides this, everyone can possibly create their own because it can also be learned, like I did. I even looked for a guide on the internet. And I doodled some art around it as well. Moreover, although they think that color brings life to something, I actually prefer it without color.

Local Art: Poem

I'm pretty sure there are a variety of things that can be done by making local art utilizing local resources or materials. However, instead of creating an object, I created a poem about giving importance to our local arts in the Philippines, with the use of our national language, "Tagalog."

Food Art

Making a food art is challenging if we do not contemplate what we want to create. So, in my case, I decided to create a food art piece based on the theme "BAYANIHAN," which is one of our (Filipino) cultures. Considering we have insufficient food at home, I took advantage of the opportunity to buy vegetables when my mother went to the market. I used bread to form the structure of a house, cucumbers for the walls, and carrots for the roof. And for the people carrying the house, I used bell peppers as heads or hats, green chili peppers as bodies, and carrots as lower body parts.
